How long we keep it
Warranty registrations are kept for the life of the warranty period plus one year. General support messages are deleted after 24 months.
Your rights — California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request deletion, or request correction. To do so, email support@kipsmln.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
