Kipsmln warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months from the date of purchase.

2. We ship a replacement. No return required — please do not send the original back unless we ask you to.

What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including LEDs that fail, battery or charging faults, control buttons that stop responding, and heating, vibration or airbag functions that stop working.

What is not covered

• Damage from misuse, drops, or unauthorized modification
• Disassembly or attempted repair (the battery is not user-replaceable)
• Water immersion, machine washing, or solvent cleaning
• Normal wear and cosmetic ageing of the fabric
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to start a claim

Email support@kipsmln.com with your order number, a short video, and the date of purchase. We reply within 24 hours, 7 days a week. If your purchase is inside Amazon's 30-day return window, the fastest route is Your Orders → Return or replace item on Amazon.

Your other rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits rights you have under applicable law.
